Pancakes or waffles? How about both! Our low fructose and low FODMAP Pancake and Waffle Mix makes breakfast quick and easy to prepare. Our mix is gluten-free and sweetened with maltose and glucose. Perfect for breakfast or as a sweet snack, the lactose-free pancakes and waffles are incredibly fluffy. Made specifically for people with intolerances, choose your preperation method - vegan or low in lactose - you'll find both on our packaging. The pancakes are especially delicious with Frusano’s rice syrup or a delicious Frusano fruit spread as a topping.
Preparation: 1. Stir the mix together with the other ingredients to form a smooth dough. Leave the dough to rest for 5 min. 2. Preheat the waffle iron or pan and grease lightly. 3. For waffles: fry 3 tablespoons of batter in the waffle iron until golden brown. For pancakes: place 3-4 individual blobs at medium heat and turn them, when there are small bubbles on the surface.
