Preparation:
1. Measure 500 ml of your preferred type of suitable milk or substitute.
2. Separate 150 ml of the liquid and mix with one of the pouches.
3. Bring the remaining 350 ml of liquid to a boil.
4. Stir in the 150 ml liquid and pudding powder mixture.
5. Pour the chocolate pudding into a bowl(s) and refrigerate.
Chocolate pudding in the Thermomix – quick and easy to make:
Simply add the milk and custard powder directly into the Thermomix, select the ‘Thicken’ mode, set the temperature to 100 °C – and in no time at all you’ll have a deliciously creamy chocolate pudding.
Tip: For a lighter treat that’s full of flavour, use 750 ml of lactose free or plant-based milk per packet.
